1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or placing any wager through the 87bet platform (accessible at https://87bet.cam), you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 87bet platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

2 Account Eligibility

To open and maintain an account with 87bet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This requirement is strictly enforced. Any player found to have misrepresented their age will have their account immediately closed and all funds forfeited.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or close relative of a person employed by 87bet or any of its affiliated service providers, game suppliers, or software partners.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from 87bet or subject to a cooling-off period that has not yet expired.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

87bet reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be satisfactorily confirmed.

3 Account Registration & KYC

Each player may maintain only one registered account on the 87bet platform. Duplicate accounts, whether created intentionally or otherwise, will be merged or closed at the Company's discretion. Any balances held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You undertake to keep this information current and to notify 87bet promptly of any changes.

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations under our international gaming licence, 87bet may request the following documentation at any stage:

• Proof of Identity: National Identity Card (CNIC), valid passport, or other government-issued photo identification.
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or other official document dated within three months of the request.

Withdrawals may be held pending completion of KYC verification. 87bet will not be liable for any delay in processing withdrawals where a player has not provided requested documentation within a reasonable time.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

87bet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Minimum and maximum transaction limits are published within your account dashboard and may be amended from time to time.

All deposits are credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. 87bet is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems or network outages.

Regarding withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 business days subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any pending bonus wagering requirements.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible.
• The Company reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal exceeding applicable thresholds.
• Funds deposited by a player and not used for wagering may be returned; however, bonus funds are non-withdrawable except where wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the 87bet platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — sportsbook, live casino, slots, or fishing games — as published within each product section of the platform. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, the product-specific rules shall prevail for that product.

The following general rules apply across all 87bet products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. A bet confirmation screen will appear prior to final submission; it is the player's responsibility to verify the details before confirming.
• 87bet reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted as the result of a technical error, manifest pricing error, or system malfunction. In such cases the staked amount will be returned to the player's account balance.
• In the sportsbook, if an event is abandoned, cancelled, or suspended before the relevant outcome is determined, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules. Where no specific rule applies, stakes will be returned.
• Maximum payout limits per bet and per settlement period apply and are published within the sportsbook and casino sections. 87bet is not obligated to pay winnings in excess of the published maximum payout.
• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that are regularly audited by independent testing laboratories. 87bet does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Live dealer game results are final as determined by the physical outcome of the game in the studio. Disputes regarding live dealer outcomes must be submitted within 24 hours of the relevant game round.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time 87bet offers bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to new and existing players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published at the time the promotion is made available. The following general bonus conditions apply to all promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, meaning the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any withdrawal can be processed. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and certain other game categories may contribute a reduced percentage or zero. Specific contribution rates are listed per promotion.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 87bet platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players in any game or betting market to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform's software. Any such vulnerability discovered must be reported to 87bet support immediately and must not be used for financial gain.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to the registered account holder.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to circumvent any self-exclusion, account restriction, or responsible gaming measure applied to any account.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 87bet staff or other players via any communication channel.

8 Responsible Gaming

87bet is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe environment for all players. The following tools are available to all registered players at no charge and can be activated within your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit into your account.

9 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. 10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 87bet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

87bet's total cumulative liability to any player for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 87bet does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, third-party network outages, and force majeure events are expressly excluded from any service level representations.

11 Privacy & Data

The collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data by 87bet is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

12 Account Termination

You may close your 87bet account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds) will be returned to you via your verified payment method within a reasonable processing period.

87bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, where:

• The player has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player is found to have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.
• Required by applicable law, regulation, or an order from a competent authority.
• The player's account shows no activity for a period of 12 consecutive months (inactive account policy).

In the event of termination for cause, 87bet reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation and to forfeit bonus-derived winnings.

13 Amendments to These Terms

87bet reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, we will notify registered players via email or an on-platform notification at least seven days prior to the changes taking effect.
